Delivery Policy

The telephone number of the recipient is required to co-ordinate delivery.

We do not commit to morning / specific timing deliveries. Delivery will be made between 10 am to 7 pm on asked delivery date. In case a delivery cannot be executed on the desired delivery date (in case of any unforeseen circumstance) it will be attempted the next working day. It will be considered delivery executed. No refund will be given.

All orders accepted till 2 pm IST hrs will be executed same day and thereafter the next working day.

There will be no Same day deliveries on Sundays. Also no same day delivery for Valentines Day. Sunday orders which are received after 2.00 PM on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.

When the recipient is not at home our delivery person will try the nearest neighbors to see if they are willing to look after the flowers etc., or will leave them in a closed entrance or with the security guard. Thereafter we are not responsible and will consider it as delivery executed, there will be no refund.

If there is any change of address, or wrong address is given, a new order has to be placed, there will be no refund.

When deliveries are made to WORKPLACE, HOTELS or HOSPITALS please ensure all details are filled including name of company and room number, extension no.etc. where required. We will not be held responsible to find out details.

For delivery to any REMOTE or DISTANT area there will be a special extra delivery charge

Delivery time from Morning 7.00 AM till Night 9.00 PM any time no fix time deliveries will be done.

All orders received till 12.00 PM on 13th February 2012 will be delivered on 14th February 2012.

In Mumbai on Valentine day all orders within Mumbai Municipal corporation Limits will be delivered on 14th Feb 2012. There is no guarantee of orders outside Mumbai Municipal Corporation Limits to be delivered on 14th February 2012, we will try to deliver them on 14th Feb 2012 otherwise those orders will be delivered on 15 th Feb 2012.
